- It includes a comprehensive residential training program, equipping participants with essential skills and knowledge for the role.
- Upon completion of training, selected candidates will be placed in Relationship Manager (RM) roles across India, primarily focusing on sales and client engagement.
- The RM role involves interacting with clients, understanding their financial needs, and offering suitable banking solutions.
- The position will require frequent travel within and around the assigned location or city to meet customers and prospects.
- Final placements will be made based on business requirements, and candidates must be open to relocation anywhere across the country.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidates must hold a graduate or engineering degree from any stream. Postgraduate or MBA freshers are also eligible to apply.
- Applicants must have secured a minimum of 60% marks in both 10th grade and graduation.
- The age of the applicant should be below 25 years as of the date of application.
- Candidates should be willing to relocate and must be open to working in sales roles across different locations.
