Key Responsibilities:
- Data Entry: Enter and upload financial data into designated systems using defined tools and processes to ensure accurate and efficient transaction recording.
- Record Accuracy Verification: Verify the accuracy and completeness of invoices, accounting records, and financial transactions.
- Record Management: Maintain and manage financial records in accordance with established policies and procedures to ensure data integrity, audit readiness, and regulatory compliance.
- Data & Report Compilation: Compile financial data and assist in preparing reports to support decision-making, financial analysis, and compliance requirements.
- Process Execution Improvement: Collaborate on process improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency, effectiveness, and control of record-to-report operations.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Fresher or up to 2 years of experience in accounting, finance, or related functions.
- Knowledge of the accounting cycle and a strong understanding of core financial processes and functions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
