Key Responsibilities:
- Gain a thorough understanding of the engagement tools and their functionalities.
- Collaborate with EY tax teams to understand their current data requirements and provide necessary data support.
- Conduct training sessions and process demonstrations effectively, leveraging strong communication skills.
- Document existing processes followed by the EY tax teams using detailed Level 5 process maps.
- Prepare and publish weekly progress reports for leadership to track project status.
- Apply working knowledge of account reconciliations, trial balance reviews, fixed asset register preparation, and posting entries in accounting systems.
- Possess a basic understanding of ERP systems used in global service delivery environments (preferred).
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Finance, Commerce, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Management.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with a structured and methodical approach to problem-solving.
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, and automation skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Flexibility to adapt and realign responsibilities based on evolving business needs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio; working knowledge of advanced MS Office tools, Alteryx, and Power BI is preferred.
