Key Responsibilities:
- Complete the required classroom training and solve business problems through case studies.
- Participate in two rotational assignments within the Technology organization during the program.
- Gain an understanding of Invesco’s end-to-end business model and growth strategy across product, investment, sales, operations, and corporate services.
- Apply basic programming knowledge using Python, JavaScript, or similar technologies.
- Utilize Microsoft Power Platform tools, including Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI, where applicable.
- Work with cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS to support technology initiatives.
- Contribute to team objectives and successfully achieve individual goals assigned during rotational assignments.
- Participate in Invesco Connects and Business Resource Group (BRG) activities.
- Complete regular progress reviews and check-ins with the Rotation Manager and Program Lead.
- Build long-term professional relationships through effective communication and collaboration.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across global teams.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Pursue or possess a B.Tech. or M.Tech. degree in any discipline.
- Maintain no active academic backlogs.
- Achieve a minimum of 60% marks or equivalent CGPA/CQPI throughout 10th, 12th, and graduation.
