Key Responsibilities:
Design and Development of Solutions:
- Design and develop solutions in alignment with client specifications and project requirements.
- Utilize engineering software tools such as CAD and CAE to create models based on project plans and customer needs.
- Test prototypes and designs within software environments, ensuring validation of boundary conditions such as impact and stress analysis.
- Define system specifications and assess operational feasibility by integrating components into fully functional solutions.
- Develop prototypes based on engineering drawings and prepared CAD models.
- Conduct Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) for new client requirements.
- Deliver optimized solutions by performing simulations in virtual environments.
- Ensure software tools and applications are updated with the latest features to maintain cost efficiency.
- Identify improvement opportunities and enhance applications by recommending and implementing effective solutions.
- Adhere to industry-standard operating procedures and client requirements during solution modeling and development.
Customer Support and Problem Resolution:
- Resolve defects raised by clients or integration teams by addressing support tickets effectively.
- Develop software verification plans and implement quality assurance procedures.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems in a timely manner, ensuring optimal performance and minimal latency.
- Deploy solutions and evaluate user feedback to ensure satisfactory resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with project plans and industry standards throughout execution.
Reporting and Documentation:
- Prepare and deliver weekly and monthly status reports in line with client requirements.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation, including records of design changes, recommendations, and updates.
- Accurately track and maintain timesheets for client-related work.
- Provide detailed written knowledge transfer documentation and maintain project history records.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Data Science concepts and techniques.
- Proficient in Power BI for reporting and visualization.
