Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with engineers to deliver technical solutions aligned with the product line requirements.
- Support the development of electrical designs for diesel generator sets in coordination with senior engineers.
- Contribute to the concept development and modeling of electrical subsystems for gensets.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure proper detailing, design releases, and overall development activities.
- Analyze technical requirements and apply problem-solving skills to address engineering challenges.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop high-quality engineering solutions for global products.
- Gain exposure to diverse engineering practices while contributing to product development and innovation.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Typically possesses 0–2 years of relevant professional experience.
Required Skills:
- Supports the design and development of electrical systems, including genset control panel design, component selection and placement, wiring harness design, and schematic development.
- Demonstrates strong teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Exhibits high learning agility and adaptability.
- Possesses hands-on experience with tools and processes such as CREO, Teamcenter, drawing release processes, DFMEA, and RCA (preferred).
- Has exposure to the design, development, testing, and certification of diesel/gas gensets or similar automotive or machinery products (preferred).
