Key Responsibilities:
- Review, classify, and remove content, as appropriate, in accordance with client guidelines, using designated tools and channels to support content moderation and safety.
- Understand and stay up to date with evolving client policies, standards, and guidelines.
- Monitor industry trends, identify limitations in generative AI systems, and stay informed about advancements in content moderation, responsible AI regulations, governance, policies, and consulting practices.
- Investigate, resolve, and communicate complex content-related issues to the broader Trust and Safety team.
- Develop and execute prompt strategies to evaluate large language models (LLMs) on various responsible AI topics, including medical advice, legal advice, and other sensitive subject areas.
- Analyse model responses to assess their appropriateness, identify inappropriate content, evaluate refusals to answer, and verify the inclusion of disclaimers in accordance with client guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members to develop a comprehensive understanding of responsible AI challenges based on the analysis of model responses.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of best practices and guidelines for content moderation, responsible AI governance, and policy implementation.
