Key Responsibilities:
- Support insurance transformation initiatives by contributing to enhanced customer experience and operational efficiency within an intelligent operating model.
- Work as part of the Retirement Services team, supporting processes within the U.S. retirement domain, including 401(k), 403(b), money-out processing, lump sum distributions, and defined contribution plans.
- Assist in client service management, plan documentation, and plan implementation activities across the retirement plan lifecycle.
- Contribute to various stages of plan management, including plan development and enhancement, sales and marketing support, client onboarding, participant enrollment, servicing, and reporting.
- Support the administration of retirement-related financial products such as Individual Retirement Accounts (Roth IRA), college savings accounts, guaranteed investment contracts, fixed and variable deferred annuities (both qualified and non-qualified), and corporate retirement funds.
- Resolve routine operational issues by following established procedures, precedents, and general guidelines.
- Collaborate primarily with immediate team members and report to the direct supervisor for task execution and guidance.
- Execute assigned tasks based on detailed instructions, ensuring accuracy and adherence to defined processes.
- Make decisions within a limited scope that impact individual work, under close supervision.
- Perform as an individual contributor within a team, focusing on a specific and well-defined set of responsibilities.
- Demonstrate flexibility to work in rotational shifts, as required by business needs.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Holds a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Possesses mandatory experience in the U.S. retirement services industry.
- Demonstrates willingness to work in U.S. shifts based on business requirements.
- Exhibits strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrates good typing speed with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Shows effective time management and organizational skills.
- Has the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Brings 2+ years of experience in the U.S. Retirement Services domain, specifically in Defined Contribution plans and participant-level services.
- Possesses expertise in “Money In” processes, including asset transfers, enrollments, recordkeeping services, account maintenance, IRA contributions, and file processing.
- Performs address verification by validating participant details using public record systems and United States Postal Service (USPS) tools.
- Demonstrates hands-on experience in developing process documentation, including COPIS, exception tracking, process flows, process maps, and NIGO (Not In Good Order) rules.
