Key Responsibilities for Associate:
- Accurately calculate the outlay amount before making a request.
- Call and write to other insurance companies to pursue recovery or discuss liability, involving both inbound and outbound calls.
- Manage follow-ups on claims efficiently using the claims system.
- Utilize legal options effectively and in a timely manner to pursue cost recovery.
- Maintain accurate records of information exchanged and actions taken.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Under Graduate/ Graduate
Preferred Skills:
- Basic knowledge of internet and web-based applications required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts and split shifts.
- Experience and knowledge of motor insurance is preferable.
