Key Responsibilities:
- Develop software applications, scripts, and tools as part of a feature team while collaborating with engineers, architects, and business analysts across the platform.
- Produce high-quality, complex, and business-critical software solutions within defined timelines to deliver value to the organization.
- Participate in cross-functional teams responsible for the complete software lifecycle, including development, enhancement, maintenance, replacement, and decommissioning.
- Collaborate with team members to continuously improve software engineering practices, processes, and technical capabilities.
- Design, develop, test, and implement software solutions that meet business and technical requirements.
- Contribute across the entire software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, solution design, coding, testing, deployment, and operational support.
- Ensure software solutions are reliable, scalable, and aligned with organizational quality and performance standards.
- Support ongoing application operations by monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues as required.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Possess a strong background in software engineering, software design, and application architecture principles.
- Demonstrate an understanding of how technology solutions support customer needs and business objectives.
- Have hands-on experience with ReactJS, SQL Server, and the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Be proficient in using application development lifecycle tools for testing, debugging, issue resolution, and bug tracking.
- Maintain a working knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and enterprise collaboration environments.
- Have experience working with multiple programming languages and low-code development platforms to drive automation and operational efficiency.
- Apply software development best practices to ensure scalability, automation, virtualization, optimization, system availability, and performance.
- Demonstrate the ability to design, develop, and maintain reliable and high-performing software solutions.
