Key Responsibilities for Analyst – Intern:
- Successfully completes end-to-end delivery of simple projects or Proof of Concept (POC) assignments. Additionally, provides assistance in delivering more complex analyses/strategies as experience grows.
- Ensures the timely and accurate execution of assigned projects/analyses according to agreed timelines and with a focus on accuracy and quality.
- Manages multiple projects simultaneously across various customers/functions, delivering results in a timely, efficient, and effective manner.
- Independently resolves queries/issues related to assigned projects.
- Acquires knowledge of the business and product landscape across all business units.
- Gains familiarity with processes and contributes to the implementation of process efficiency initiatives.
- Ensures compliance with all applicable organizational compliance policies and business standards.
Key Responsibilities for Industrial Trainee:
- Coordinate with consultants and manage documentation for share certificate name changes.
- Reconcile received dividends with physical shares.
- Document loss of shares and file necessary paperwork with IEPF.
- Assist in statutory and internal audits by preparing schedules, compiling data, managing documentation, and conducting verifications.
- Provide support to the tax team and handle various accounting matters.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Possession of a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree from a reputable university, focusing on marketing, finance, economics, or other quantitative fields like statistics or engineering. (RESTRICTED)
- Completion of a 2-year CA Articleship at the time of application for this role.
Preferred skills:
- Previous experience with a variety of statistical tools such as R, Matlab, SAS, or Python is anticipated.
- Capability to understand complex problems, analyze them using data, and devise a viable solution framework.
- Proficiency in written and verbal communication. Capable of developing and articulating complex concepts and ideas effectively.
- Ability to collaborate within cross-functional teams. Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to achieving success.
