Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support for backend operations including support functions, JV processing, Workflow monitor, CCM & PEGA monitor, and handling email queries.
- Engage in Savings coordination, analyze key figures, conduct budget/forecasting, and prepare management reports and presentations.
- Generate and distribute management reports accurately and promptly.
- Develop MIS documentation to ensure smooth operations and facilitate easy system maintenance.
- Collaborate with reporting managers and business units to rectify issues concerning customer service delivery.
- Continuously follow up and resolve pending queries while offering recommendations to enhance the current MIS for improved reporting efficiency and consistency.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Completion of a bachelor’s degree with a minimum aggregate of 60%.
Preferred skills:
- Proficient in collaboration and communication, with strong analytical abilities (preferred).
- Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Possesses basic knowledge of Excel, VBA, and PowerPoint.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including night shifts or early morning shifts.
