Key Responsibilities:
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of the recruitment process.
- Rotate through various divisions of responsibility and offer support in all recruitment-related tasks.
- Schedule interviews across all levels and coordinate with candidates and Hiring Managers.
- Collaborate with recruiters and Hiring Managers to deliver exceptional service.
- Coordinate with stakeholders throughout the pre and post-interview stages.
- Assist in gathering candidate information for reports.
- Maintain involvement in every stage of the recruitment process, including pre and post follow-ups with stakeholders.
- Provide recruiters with a daily status report on all activities.
- Learn and achieve proficiency in internal software tools.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Eligibility includes a PGDM/Post Graduate Diploma in Management.

- Proficient in MS Office/G Suite applications.
