Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of customer accounts in collaboration with Account Managers to achieve business objectives while delivering a high-quality customer sales experience.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with customer executives by understanding their business objectives, identifying growth opportunities, mitigating risks, and developing multi-quarter business growth plans.
- Drive business growth by strengthening customer partnerships, supporting strategic business planning, conducting performance reviews, and delivering customer education and guidance.
- Mentor and coach team members to enhance their skills, improve customer engagement, and contribute to overall team success.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies that support customer growth and long-term business success.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in stakeholder management, business, sales, or customer engagement.
- Experience collaborating with stakeholders to build and maintain effective business relationships.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing strategies, tactics, and advertising products across digital platforms.
- Strong understanding of the local market, along with excellent research and investigative skills.
- Ability to analyze business challenges and develop effective recommendations and actionable plans.
- Ability to lead and manage multiple projects while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and project management skills.
