Key Responsibilities:
- Gain an understanding of drivers, impacts, and significant influences within the BizOps Domain.
- Collaborate with the business team to establish key performance indicators and develop new methodologies for measurement.
- Translate data into actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Automate reporting for weekly business metrics and identify opportunities to automate and scale ad-hoc analyses.
- Conduct complex data analysis, including root cause deep dives, correlations, regressions, simulations, and optimization, to identify opportunities for reducing process gaps.
- Develop infrastructure and implement maintenance strategies for internal datasets to facilitate swift analysis in addressing critical business inquiries.
