Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in intentional and structured career development activities, receiving active coaching and mentoring.
- Complete formal training in engineering fundamentals crucial for Baker Hughes Engineers and pertinent to the business.
- Network globally and cross-functionally, taking a lead in program initiatives or projects with peers, and interact with global business leaders across functions.
- Address critical business challenges by collaborating within cross-functional, mission-based teams.
- Participate in international experiences and assignments to broaden professional exposure and skills.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Possess a bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Preferred skills:
- Demonstrate proficiency in software and coding languages, including C# and Java.
- Maintain a minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale (or equivalent).
- Have graduated from a Bachelor’s degree program within the past 36 months.
- Exhibit fluency in both written and spoken English, coupled with effective communication skills.
- Display curiosity and outwardly express a desire for continuous learning.
- Possess geographic mobility, being open to relocation as job locations may vary, including international travel.
- Hold legal entitlement to work within the country of application (India).
