Key Responsibilities:
- Support essential IT operations across operating systems, security tools, applications, servers, laptops, desktops, software, and hardware while collaborating with Lab, Data Center, Cloud, IT, and Engineering teams.
- Provide 16/5 rotational on-call support, ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs), classify incidents accurately, communicate ticket status updates, and manage escalations to ensure timely resolution.
- Troubleshoot operational issues, perform incident and problem management, identify root causes, and deliver technical support aligned with business priorities.
- Monitor system performance, review logs, analyze trends, and take proactive measures to improve system uptime, solution health, and operational reliability.
- Leverage knowledge bases, industry best practices, technical articles, and continuous learning to improve support quality and resolve recurring issues effectively.
- Identify, design, and implement scalable process and technology improvements to enhance support for engineering tools, services, and operational workflows.
- Leverage AI-enabled tools and approaches, including Microsoft Copilot, Generative AI, automation, analytics, and AI-assisted troubleshooting, to improve productivity across reporting, monitoring, ticket analysis, and knowledge management.
- Use AI responsibly by validating AI-generated outputs, protecting confidential information, complying with security and regulatory requirements, and adhering to Micron’s Responsible AI principles.
- Provide day-to-day technical guidance and operational support for Linux and Windows hosts across Lab, Data Center, and Cloud environments.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Open to fresh graduates with 0 years of experience.
- Mandatory knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems.
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of infrastructure automation and management tools such as Ansible, Kubernetes, OpenShift, Red Hat Satellite, Zabbix, and other infrastructure monitoring solutions.
- Understanding of virtual machines, container technologies, and cloud platforms, including AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and related automation frameworks.
- Knowledge of AI-enabled productivity and engineering tools, including Microsoft Copilot, Generative AI, automation scripts, analytics dashboards, and intelligent monitoring solutions.
- Ability to learn and implement new utilities, tools, and technologies through knowledge transfer sessions and continuous technical development.
