Key Responsibilities:
- Learn and comprehend the Services business, along with specific cloud SAP products.
- Engage in job rotations pertinent to the designated role, collaborating with various teams within the business.
- Participate in case studies, classroom sessions, and self-paced learning covering both technical and soft skill topics.
- Undergo on-the-job training with the assistance of buddies and coaches.
- Execute tasks on relevant projects showcasing effective communication, interpersonal skills, and a strong work ethic that yields high-quality outcomes.
- Demonstrate problem-solving, time management, and communication skills through various activities conducted during training and on-the-job rotations.
- Establish and nurture relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Meet performance requirements at the conclusion of each rotation.
- Exhibit effective communication skills in handling and explaining customer situations to both business end-users and SAP technical/functional consultants.
- Adapt to new technologies’ knowledge in a consistently dynamic and changing environment.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Possess a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent tertiary education.
- Have 0-3 years of work experience in customer-facing roles.
- Exhibit strong teamwork skills while also being capable of working independently and taking ownership of assigned tasks.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills, coupled with empathetic and collaborative qualities.
- Display resourcefulness and initiative as self-starters, along with strong interpersonal skills, showcasing a keen eagerness to learn.
- Express a genuine interest in technology, innovation, and the application of digital platforms to address business challenges.
- Exhibit problem-solving abilities and possess qualities such as ambition, passion, resilience, proactivity, open-mindedness, and the capacity to manage pressure effectively.
Preferred skills:
- Perform project planning tasks and assist in the execution of large-scale, high-risk, strategic projects in accordance with the project plan.
- Identify the necessary resources for the project.
- Evaluate, document, and communicate engagement risks.
- Properly position SAP delivery methodologies—Activate, Agile, Best Business Practices, and Model Company—with the customer and project team.
- Analyze risks, formulate contingency plans, and identify trigger events and responsibilities for initiating mitigating actions.
- Promptly communicate and/or escalate project issues to account management and delivery management.
- Strike a balance in the trade-off of the triple constraint (time, cost, and scope) to achieve the anticipated business value.
