Key Responsibilities:
Generative AI, Agentic AI, and RAG:
- Support the development of Large Language Model (LLM)-powered applications using prompts, APIs, and established frameworks.
- Contribute to the development of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions by preparing, organizing, and validating knowledge sources.
- Assist in building and testing conversational AI applications and agent workflows under the guidance of senior team members.
- Conduct functional testing and validate AI application outputs against predefined test cases.
- Analyze AI-generated responses, identify areas for improvement, and document findings and recommendations.
Cloud Platform Expertise:
- Work with Azure and/or AWS AI services under the supervision of senior team members.
- Support environment configuration, application testing, and monitoring activities across cloud platforms.
- Learn and apply enterprise security, access control, and identity management standards.
AI Engineering and Deployment:
- Develop Python-based components and integrate them with APIs and enterprise systems.
- Use Git and follow standard software development practices for source code management and team collaboration.
- Prepare technical documentation and support application testing, troubleshooting, and deployment activities.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 0–2 years of experience in AI/ML, data science, software engineering, analytics, or a related field.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Python and SQL, with a sound understanding of Generative AI fundamentals, prompt engineering, and API integration.
- Basic understanding of software development principles and experience working with APIs.
Technical Skills:
- Programming and APIs: Proficiency in Python and SQL, familiarity with JSON and REST APIs, and a sound understanding of software engineering practices.
- Generative AI Fundamentals: Understanding of prompt engineering, Large Language Model (LLM)-powered applications, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and AI assistants.
- Cloud and AI Platforms: Exposure to Microsoft Azure and/or AWS cloud services and AI capabilities.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with Generative AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or similar tools.
- Basic understanding of Agentic AI concepts, tool calling, and workflow orchestration.
- Knowledge of machine learning libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
- Familiarity with vector databases, embeddings, and enterprise knowledge retrieval concepts.
- Exposure to Git, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and standard Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) practices.
- Strong communication, analytical thinking, and collaborative problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) fundamentals and Agentic AI concepts.
- Familiarity with Generative AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or similar tools.
- Exposure to cloud-based AI platforms, including Microsoft Azure and/or AWS.
- Basic understanding of machine learning concepts and techniques.
