Key Responsibilities:
Managing the technical scope of the project in line with the requirements at all stages
- Collect data from diverse sources such as data warehouses, databases, and data integration platforms, and analyze patterns and trends.
- Establish and refine record management processes and policies.
- Foster and manage relationships with clients across all levels, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs.
- Provide clients with sales data, proposals, data insights, and comprehensive account reviews.
- Identify opportunities to enhance process efficiency and automation.
- Configure and manage automated data processing systems.
- Assess and implement external services and tools to facilitate data validation and cleansing.
- Generate and monitor key performance indicators to track progress and performance.
Analyze the data sets and provide adequate information
- Coordinate with internal and external clients to gain a comprehensive understanding of data content.
- Develop and execute surveys, and analyze survey data in accordance with customer specifications.
- Analyze and interpret intricate data sets pertaining to customers’ businesses, and prepare reports for both internal and external audiences using business analytics reporting tools.
- Construct data dashboards, graphs, and visualizations to illustrate business performance, and offer sector and competitor benchmarking.
- Extract and analyze extensive datasets, derive valid conclusions, and effectively present findings to management using reporting tools.
- Formulate predictive models and share insights with clients based on their specific requirements.
