Key Responsibilities:
- Perform corporate renewal reviews of Know Your Customer (KYC) due diligence activities while maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.
- Interpret and apply client policies and procedures effectively to ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational requirements.
- Review and validate information and documentation requirements for various corporate structures within the KYC framework.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of corporate entities, including privately held companies, public companies, trusts, and partnerships.
- Conduct proactive reviews and provide timely follow-up on referrals, exceptions, and client queries.
- Identify situations requiring escalation and coordinate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) or Team Leads as necessary.
- Manage assigned caseloads throughout the end-to-end review process, ensuring completion within established timelines.
- Monitor performance against operational plans and make informed decisions to support the achievement of business objectives.
- Gather data from multiple sources and systems and accurately transfer and update information within the primary processing system.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant discipline.
