Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain UK Intranet sites using SharePoint Online.
- Ensure all business-as-usual (BAU) activities are completed on time while maintaining quality standards and effective stakeholder communication.
- Build and configure SharePoint pages and sites using out-of-the-box (OOTB) features.
- Manage intranet content to ensure information remains accurate, relevant, and up to date.
- Collaborate with content owners to make appropriate content lifecycle decisions.
- Perform regular intranet housekeeping activities, including managing access permissions and maintaining platform standards.
- Support intranet-related initiatives led by senior team members.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to manage workflows and resolve issues effectively.
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), pilot runs, and other testing activities.
- Handle ad hoc requests and provide operational support as required.
- Execute content lifecycle management activities, including content audits, metadata tagging, uploads, and deletions.
- Prepare and maintain performance metrics and reports.
Eligibility Criteria:
- B.Tech. or BCA degree.
- 0-12 months of relevant or domain-specific experience.
Technical Skills:
- Basic knowledge of SharePoint Online, including out-of-the-box (OOTB) features, page creation, web parts, lists, and libraries.
- Basic understanding of SharePoint permissions management.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with Office 365 tools, with exposure to Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI being preferred.
- Basic understanding of JSON is preferred.
Preferred Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good teamwork skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to handle client interactions and calls effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio.
