Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and manage DevOps workflows to support software development and delivery processes.
- Provide software, hardware, and laboratory support to ensure smooth operations and timely resolution of critical issues.
- Architect highly automated and customizable design flows using software engineering principles, AI-driven code generation, modular design, and object-oriented programming techniques.
- Develop and maintain tools and applications using C++, Python, and TCL.
- Collaborate with DFT Methodology, Implementation, and Design teams to support key DFT development activities.
- Implement, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines to streamline DevOps processes.
- Manage cloud infrastructure and on-premises environments to ensure scalable, secure, and reliable deployments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system, network, and application-related issues to maintain operational efficiency.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (BE/BTech/MTech) in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in DevOps with a strong focus on CI/CD, automation, and infrastructure management.
- Proficiency in programming and scripting using Python, C++, or TCL, with strong software engineering fundamentals including software design, algorithms, and quality assurance practices.
- Hands-on experience with configuration management tools such as Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
- Strong knowledge of containerization technologies, including Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Proficiency in designing, managing, and maintaining GitLab CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with tools such as Artifactory and Jenkins for binary repository management and build/deployment automation.
- Good understanding of build frameworks such as CMake and Meson.
- Familiarity with JIRA for project management, issue tracking, and workflow coordination.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of or hands-on experience with Design for Testability (DFT) methodologies and concepts.
- Strong skills in Generative AI (GenAI), Large Language Models (LLMs), and AI-powered code generation tools are highly desirable.
