Key Responsibilities:
- Execute assigned tasks within the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) under the guidance and supervision of senior team members.
- Adhere to established internal standards, conventions, and standard operating procedures.
- Apply knowledge of internal processes and standards to support informed technical decision-making.
- Collaborate with peers, managers, and project leads to understand requirements and validate proposed solutions.
- Participate in code and design reviews to ensure quality and consistency.
- Design and develop high-quality digital experiences from the ground up.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable and robust full-stack systems.
- Develop and implement innovative full-stack components and solutions.
- Contribute to team performance through active participation in code reviews and collaborative development practices.
- Continuously learn and apply full-stack development best practices, tools, and technologies.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Possess at least 1 year of relevant professional experience along with a Bachelor’s degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Have 2+ years of hands-on experience in Full Stack development, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and at least one modern frontend framework such as React, Angular, or Vue, along with experience in Node.js and Spring Boot.
- Exhibit strong problem-solving and debugging capabilities.
Preferred Skills:
- Have experience working with GraphQL or similar Full Stack technologies.
- Possess an understanding of responsive design principles and accessibility standards.
