Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in a structured learning program within the Global Supply Chain, gaining hands-on experience across procurement, logistics, and planning functions.
- Support real-world projects under the guidance of experienced mentors, contributing to business analysis and operational improvements.
- Analyze business processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend data-driven solutions.
- Assist in data analysis and interpretation to support informed decision-making.
- Develop and test solution prototypes in a sandbox environment to validate ideas and approaches.
- Challenge existing assumptions and explore operational complexities to enhance business outcomes.
- Continuously build analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills to evolve into a data-driven Business Analyst.
- Contribute to the long-term efficiency and effectiveness of global supply chain operations through learning and applied insights.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Demonstrate a strong willingness to learn business process mapping, identify gaps, and uncover opportunities for improvement, along with an interest in working with large datasets to derive meaningful insights.
- Show an interest in developing the ability to present data and insights in a structured and impactful manner, including translating complex technical findings into clear, business-friendly narratives.
- Possess foundational knowledge or academic exposure to tools such as Microsoft Excel, SQL, and PowerPoint, with a willingness to apply these skills in practical, sandbox environments.
- Exhibit eagerness to collaborate with functional teams to understand data flows, analyze metrics, and generate actionable insights that support end-user requirements.
Preferred Skills:
- Hold a Degree or Diploma (B.E., B.Tech, B.Sc., or BCA) in any specialization.
- Have basic knowledge of MS Office tools.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills, a proactive “can-do” attitude, a passion for learning, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Have graduated in 2025 or 2026 and possess a valid Degree Certificate or Provisional Degree Certificate (PDC).
- Be registered as a student on the NATS portal and possess a valid enrollment number.
