Key Responsibilities:
- Develop multi-agent pipelines to automate test generation, log analysis, failure triage, and bug-filing workflows, while collaborating with senior engineers on well-defined components.
- Contribute to evaluation systems that assess agent output quality by creating test cases, analyzing failure patterns, and enhancing evaluation frameworks under senior guidance.
- Implement instrumentation, logging, and monitoring within agent-based workflows to ensure visibility and effective debugging of failures, while building a strong systems-thinking approach.
- Develop sound judgment in identifying where LLMs are effective and where they fall short, and learn to design solutions accordingly with mentorship support.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Be currently pursuing or have recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or an equivalent field.
- Demonstrate strong proficiency in Python, with the ability to write clean, maintainable, and testable code, and to design structured solutions beyond simple scripts.
- Have hands-on exposure to AI-native development workflows, such as Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or prompt engineering, through coursework, internships, hackathons, or personal projects.
- Showcase at least one project, open-source contribution, or academic work involving the integration of an LLM into a complete, end-to-end functional system.
- Possess a foundational understanding of software testing, CI/CD practices, and quality engineering principles.
- Demonstrate awareness of common LLM limitations, including hallucinations, context constraints, and tool misuse, along with a curiosity to address and mitigate these challenges.
Preferred Skills:
- Have developed a side project, hackathon solution, or open-source contribution involving multi-agent systems, MCP servers, or custom LLM tool integrations, with the ability to clearly explain the end-to-end implementation.
- Possess experience in evaluating LLM outputs, such as building a basic evaluation framework or scoring mechanism within personal or academic projects.
- Have delivered and deployed a usable product (e.g., tool, script, or bot) that has been adopted by a community, along with proper documentation enabling independent usage.
- Demonstrate strong intellectual integrity by openly acknowledging limitations in projects and implementing fallback or recovery mechanisms instead of concealing failures.
