Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire, update, and maintain high-quality alternative data using internal tools and software systems.
- Conduct in-depth web-based research to gather detailed information on companies, including company profiles, deals, investments, valuations, and other key data points.
- Analyze and interpret company filings, deal-related information, and both structured and unstructured datasets.
- Update and manage databases with accurate financial information, statistics, and analytical insights relied upon by clients.
- Contribute to complex data initiatives focused on improving data quality, process re-engineering, and workflow optimization.
- Support bulk data updates, backfilling activities, and ongoing data enhancement initiatives as required.
- Maintain clear documentation and ensure proper audit trails for all research activities and decisions.
- Develop subject matter expertise to enhance the quality and value of data offerings provided to clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business units to strengthen and expand the overall data product offering.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Possess a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Accounting, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Demonstrate strong proficiency in English, with excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Have a minimum of 6 months of relevant professional or project-based experience.
- Exhibit a solid understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI agents.
- Show a strong interest in finance, along with a foundational understanding of financial markets.
- Have hands-on experience with Microsoft tools such as SQL, Copilot, Excel, SharePoint, and Office 365.
- Possess basic knowledge of Python (preferred).
- Demonstrate the ability and willingness to learn new tools, workflows, and datasets.
