Key Responsibilities:
- Understand project guidelines and prepare quotations that meet all customer requirements.
- Review project specifications and contribute to the development of project guideline documents.
- Analyze and document LBP/customer-specific requirements and guidelines for quotation preparation.
- Prepare technical and commercial quotations, including technical deviation lists, reports, and relevant drawings.
- Coordinate with LBPs and Sales offices to clarify requirements and ensure accurate understanding of project needs.
- Provide support in handling customer-driven project revisions and updates.
- Assist Sales offices after purchase order (PO) issuance by preparing transactions for order entry.
- Provide technical support to OE/factory teams for clarifications and assist in managing change orders.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Hold a degree in an engineering discipline.
- Possess hands-on knowledge and experience in control valve sizing and selection.
- Exhibit strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Maintain and develop portfolios to demonstrate competency as part of structured continuing engineering education.
- Have awareness of internal and industry standards relevant to the role (preferred).
Required Skills:
- Demonstrate innovative thinking with a proactive, can-do attitude.
- Show a strong willingness to work in an inclusive environment and collaborate across teams to achieve common goals.
- Actively support bid activities by ensuring customer specifications are clearly understood and by proposing innovative, cost-effective solutions.
Preferred Skills:
- Hold a degree in Mechanical, Instrumentation, Chemical, or Metallurgical Engineering.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively present and position solutions for various applications.
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Show readiness to take on new challenges and responsibilities.
- Have experience in handling large projects and working within in-house engineering environments.
