Key Responsibilities:
- Perform data extraction and analyze key financial drivers, leveraging analytics to provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
- Conduct detailed financial analysis for specific functions or business units, addressing financial challenges and supporting key business initiatives.
- Contribute to monthly expense and capital reviews for budgeting and forecasting, including variance analysis supported by operational insights.
- Interpret financial reports such as forecasts, budgets, income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the organization’s financial processes, operations, and overall business model.
- Support financial close activities, including book closure, variance and trend analysis, and the development of forecasts aligned with business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with reporting standards, corporate policies, and maintain the accuracy and integrity of internal and external financial reporting.
- Apply foundational financial principles to support projects through research and data analysis, while providing regular updates on progress and challenges.
- Assist in executing priority projects by collaborating with internal stakeholders and delivering insights through standardized reporting.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Possesses a four-year degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline, or demonstrates equivalent work experience or proven competence.
- Typically has 0–2 years of professional experience, preferably in financial management, internal audit, accounting, or a related field.
Preferred Certifications:
- Holds or is pursuing a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification.
- Holds or is pursuing a Certified Financial Analyst (CFA) certification.
