Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of the business analysis function for Product Solutions projects from initiation through delivery, collaborating with Project/Program Managers, workstream leads, and cross-functional teams.
- Lead change management activities, including early-stage planning, stakeholder and audience analysis, and the design and delivery of change interventions such as communication, training, support, and organizational alignment.
- Monitor and manage change readiness, adoption, and feedback, and take appropriate actions to ensure successful implementation outcomes.
- Oversee implementation management by planning, controlling, and reporting on change deployments, with a focus on maximizing benefits and minimizing risks during execution.
- Manage implementation readiness and provide support throughout the deployment process to ensure smooth execution.
- Analyze and evaluate information from multiple sources, reconcile discrepancies, and break down complex requirements into detailed components while maintaining a high-level understanding.
- Differentiate between stated user requests and underlying business needs to ensure accurate requirement definition.
- Proactively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional and business requirements, delivering necessary artifacts.
- Utilize enterprise-wide tools, methodologies, and systems for requirements definition and management effectively.
- Work independently and in collaboration with users to define concepts, under the guidance of project managers.
- Challenge business units and stakeholders constructively on their assumptions to ensure effective and realistic execution plans.
- Apply strong analytical and product management skills to interpret customer needs and translate them into clear, actionable operational requirements.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Demonstrate proven experience in business analysis roles or equivalent involvement in large-scale operational change initiatives.
- Possess strong analytical capabilities and strategic business insight to understand complex challenges and develop effective, practical solutions.
- Exhibit proficiency in impact assessment, gap analysis, business requirements gathering, process mapping, and process design.
- Communicate effectively with excellent written and verbal skills, and confidently engage with both business and IT stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Understand the key factors required for successful project delivery across all phases and adapt approaches to address varying challenges.
- Bring exposure to diverse project and portfolio environments, with a preference for experience in complex business and IT transformation programs.
- Maintain hands-on experience with project management and process improvement tools such as Visio, Project Planner, JIRA, Confluence, Opex, and Six Sigma methodologies.
