Accountabilities:
- Investigate and analyze data issues related to quality, lineage, controls, and identification of authoritative data sources.
- Execute data cleansing and transformation tasks to ensure accuracy and readiness of data for analysis.
- Design and build automated data pipelines to streamline data movement and processing.
- Develop and apply advanced analytical methods, including machine learning and artificial intelligence, to address complex business challenges.
- Document data quality findings and provide recommendations to improve data standards and governance.
Assistant Vice President Expectations:
- Advise and influence decision-making processes, contribute to policy development, and take responsibility for ensuring operational effectiveness.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Hands-on experience in data analysis or in a data-focused technical business analyst role.
- Proven ability to work across complex technical and business stakeholder matrices across multiple geographies to develop efficient process flows and detailed technical requirements.
- Strong technical analysis skills in data migration projects, including database and table-level details, reconciliation, and SAS process migrations.
- Experience in creating and maintaining Data Dictionaries, Metadata, Data Lineage, Mapping documentation, API Catalogues, and interface inventories supporting both OLAP and OLTP capabilities.
- Proficiency in writing SQL queries for small to medium complexity requirements.
- Minimum of two years of hands-on experience with SAS software for ad-hoc analysis and BAU reporting.
- Exposure to Python programming for data analysis, automation, and scripting purposes.
- Experience handling large datasets for data extraction, cleaning, analysis, and presentation.
- Understanding and implementation of Technology Application Delivery and Data Management control frameworks.
- Knowledge of Apache Spark, Databricks, and AWS cloud services.
- Experience using data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik to create interactive dashboards and analytical reports.
Additional Skills:
- Practical experience with Agile methodologies, including defining business outcomes, creating portfolio epics, and writing user stories.
- SAS Certified Base and/or Advanced Programmer certifications.
- Hands-on experience with data streaming, ETL, data quality, data reconciliation, data processing, and data warehousing, preferably on AWS.
- Experience in both batch and real-time data warehousing environments.
- Advanced experience with Python libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, and Seaborn for data manipulation and visualization.
- Experience using PySpark for distributed data processing and big data analytics.
- AWS certifications in areas such as Solutions Architect, Data Analytics, Machine Learning, or Data Engineering.
- Advanced Tableau or Power BI expertise, including calculated fields, parameters, and dashboard optimization techniques.
- Exposure to the banking and financial services domain, particularly in fraud detection.
- Proven experience working in large matrix organizations with strong stakeholder management at senior levels.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and effectively handle abstract or ambiguous situations.
- Flexibility to collaborate across US, UK, and India time zones when required.
- Strong drive for results with the ability to manage multiple priorities, multitask efficiently, and execute deliverables with precision and speed.
