Role Responsibilities:
- Participate in software design, development, testing, deployment, and support activities across the SDLC.
- Develop software solutions that support clients’ hybrid cloud and AI initiatives.
- Build and maintain high-performing, scalable, reliable, and responsive applications.
- Utilize modern technologies and development tools to deliver innovative software solutions.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications to ensure quality and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver maintainable and business-focused solutions.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Analytical Problem-Solving and Solution Enhancement: Analyze, validate, and recommend improvements to existing issues and system failures in collaboration with architects and technical leaders.
- Comprehensive Engagement Across Process Phases: Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, release management, and troubleshooting, while ensuring excellent customer service.
- Strategic Stakeholder Engagement and Innovative Solution Development: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements, drive key discussions, and identify opportunities to develop innovative and effective software solutions.
- System Evaluation and Process Improvement: Assess existing systems and processes to implement creative solutions that enhance operational efficiency, performance, and overall business value.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s Degree
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C++, Python, or Node.js.
- Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) concepts and methodologies.
- Must have no active academic backlogs at the time of application.
- Must be a final-year student graduating in 2026 and obtain the degree before the commencement of employment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines, including CSE, Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning (AIML), Data Science, Cloud Computing, Big Data Analytics, CSBS, IoT, Robotics, Artificial Intelligence, Cybersecurity, Blockchain, or equivalent specializations, with a minimum of 6.0 CGPA or 60% aggregate marks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively in a professional environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Strong engineering fundamentals with proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in team-oriented environments.
- Flexibility and willingness to work from any IBM location across India, based on business requirements.
