Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with product and business teams to gather and analyze business requirements, translate them into technical designs, and prepare detailed functional and technical specification documents.
- Research and evaluate emerging software technologies to enhance application performance, improve development efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain high-quality standards in collaboration with development leads.
- Develop creative, efficient, and scalable solutions to address complex technical challenges.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive technical documentation and specifications for developed features and systems.
- Participate in internal team meetings and project planning sessions to analyze development requirements, propose design options, and provide work breakdown structures and accurate effort estimates.
- Contribute to software release activities, ensuring deliverables meet quality and timeline expectations.
- Collaborate with team members and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, performant, well-documented, and resilient software features.
- Work closely with the Quality Assurance team to prepare test plans and test cases, define test methodologies, execute tests, and identify and resolve defects.
- Coordinate with the system operations team to ensure system stability, performance optimization, and high availability of applications.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 3–5 years of software development experience, including at least 2 years of hands-on experience with .NET, AWS, and core programming languages such as C#, Python, or Java across the technology industry.
- Proficiency in working within Agile methodologies, primarily Scrum.
- Strong design skills with in-depth knowledge of core libraries and common software design patterns.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and manage tasks effectively.
- Ability to write clean, efficient, and well-structured code that is easy to maintain and understand.
- Expertise in Object-Oriented Design (OOD) principles and software development best practices.
- Demonstrated customer-first mindset in software design and development.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams, business analysts, management, and stakeholders.
- Exposure to Natural Language Processing (NLP), Large Language Models (LLMs), or Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies.
