Key Responsibilities:
- Apply engineering expertise and simulation techniques to generate knowledge data related to Ansys Electronics products for consumption by Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Identify gaps in existing technical knowledge and collaborate with multiple subject matter experts to bridge those gaps.
- Work with internal and external databases to build data pipelines supporting the development of AI models.
- Develop technical proficiency in Ansys Electronics products and cutting-edge Generative AI technologies suitable for technical support, learning, and development purposes.
- Adhere to legal and enterprise-level data governance policies while managing data.
- Document all developed data workflows for AI-powered applications and present them to data audit teams for review.
- Contribute to other strategic team and organizational initiatives as required.
- Maintain a flexible and adaptive mindset, embracing a fast-paced work environment with a “try often, fail fast” approach.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Entry-level professional experience (BS+0) in an engineering software environment.
- Practical experience with Ansys software or familiarity with other commercial CAE, CAD, EDA, or PLM software tools.
- Strong logical problem-solving abilities, along with excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English (written and spoken).
- Effective organizational and time management skills with a strong sense of urgency.
Preferred Skills:
- Master’s degree (MS+0) in a relevant field with professional experience in an engineering software environment.
- Hands-on knowledge of Ansys Electronics products such as HFSS or Maxwell, or similar commercial/in-house thermal simulation tools.
- Proficiency in Python scripting and a basic understanding of machine learning concepts.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and effectively collaborate within diverse teams.
- Proven capability to manage multiple projects and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel domestically up to 10% as required.
