Key Responsibilities:
- Work as a member of a self-organized Agile team to build, own, and operate cloud-based services.
- Contribute to the development of cloud services by participating in back-end, front-end, DevOps, and quality engineering activities.
- Support service operations by monitoring system performance, managing alerts, analyzing logs and metrics, and troubleshooting issues.
- Collaborate closely with senior engineers, architects, and product owners to understand business requirements and implement effective technical solutions.
- Develop clean, maintainable, and well-tested code under the guidance and mentorship of experienced team members.
- Participate actively in code reviews, design discussions, sprint planning, and other Agile ceremonies to ensure high-quality software delivery.
- Learn and apply engineering best practices to enhance the scalability, reliability, usability, performance, and security of cloud services.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of existing systems by identifying issues, proposing enhancements, and supporting optimization initiatives.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 0–1 year of software engineering experience through internships, academic projects, or professional roles.
- Good understanding of fundamental computer science concepts, programming principles, and software development practices.
- Hands-on experience with at least one programming language, such as C#, Go, Java, or Python.
- Familiarity with web services, RESTful APIs, and client-server architecture.
- Basic knowledge of databases, data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming concepts.
- Willingness to learn cloud technologies, DevOps practices, and production service operations.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Internship, academic, or project experience in developing web applications, back-end services, or RESTful APIs.
- Basic exposure to cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Familiarity with Git, Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, unit testing frameworks, and debugging tools.
- Basic understanding of authentication, authorization, identity and access management (IAM), and application security concepts.
- Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies quickly and contribute effectively in a collaborative engineering environment.
