Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and define functional requirements and acceptance criteria for user stories.
- Design, develop, and deliver reporting and analytics solutions using Microsoft SQL Server Business Intelligence tools, Snowflake, SAP HANA/Business Objects, and Power BI or Tableau.
- Perform unit testing, participate in code reviews, document solution delivery, and coordinate deployment activities.
- Support operational reporting requirements from the Singapore and US teams, ensuring timely delivery.
- Assist the development team in understanding functional requirements and user stories.
- Collaborate with global users and BI analysts to ensure that the delivered solution meets business needs.
- Actively participate in the Agile Scrum process to drive effective project management and development.
- Provide hands-on demonstrations of the developed solutions to stakeholders.
- Offer functional support to business users during the testing and deployment phases.
- Work with cross-functional teams to deliver effective and high-value reporting solutions using established delivery methodologies.
Eligibility Criteria:
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field is required.
Preferred Skills:
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Python is required.
- Experience with Java is a plus.
- Intermediate knowledge of data visualization and reporting tools such as Tableau or Power BI is preferred.
- Familiarity with automation tools like UiPath or Blue Prism for developing standardized bots to automate manual business processes is a nice-to-have.
