Key Responsibilities:
Program & Initiative Support:
- Support the implementation of global, cross-functional programs aligned with procurement and organizational objectives.
- Assist in translating strategic priorities into actionable workstreams, project plans, and deliverables.
- Monitor program progress, track key milestones, identify risks, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
Data Analysis & Insights:
- Analyze procurement, financial, and operational data to identify trends, generate insights, and uncover cost optimization opportunities.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to support business decision-making.
- Apply structured problem-solving techniques to transform business requirements into meaningful analytical solutions.
Business Partnering:
- Collaborate with procurement, finance, IT, and cross-functional teams to achieve program objectives.
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination across teams to ensure project alignment and successful execution.
- Gather, document, and manage stakeholder requirements to support program initiatives.
Process Improvement & Digital Enablement:
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and standardize business processes.
- Support the development and implementation of automation tools and AI-enabled solutions to enhance productivity.
- Create and maintain process documentation, playbooks, standard operating procedures, and guidelines.
Benchmarking & Market Insights:
- Conduct benchmarking, market research, and competitive analysis to support strategic initiatives.
- Analyze and consolidate internal and external data to provide actionable insights and business recommendations.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and analyze data effectively.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Demonstrated interest in program management, data analytics, or procurement operations.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or SQL.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with project and program management methodologies and best practices.
- Experience working with digital technologies, automation tools, or AI-driven solutions.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a global or multicultural environment.
- Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
