Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze large and complex datasets to identify anomalies, unexpected behaviors, and region-specific issues across the global maps ecosystem.
- Provide weekly insights and trend reports to leadership based on accurate data analysis and validation.
- Identify high-impact opportunities from raw data and convert them into meaningful, actionable map-level insights.
- Investigate issues reported by product and engineering teams and deliver detailed analysis with actionable recommendations.
- Complete assigned tasks accurately and efficiently within established timelines and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Perform high-volume data processing and quality assurance checks with speed and precision.
- Ensure compliance with client and company policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), quality standards, and regulatory guidelines.
- Monitor and manage daily work activities to consistently achieve productivity and quality targets.
- Read, interpret, and apply complex policy documents, SOPs, and special handling guidelines to ensure accurate task execution.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify anomalies and recognize meaningful patterns.
- Proficient in understanding, interpreting, and applying complex policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational and execution skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with effective documentation abilities.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in dynamic and fast-paced environments.
- Willingness to work from the office and in rotational shifts on a mandatory basis (5 working days with 2 weekly offs).
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution with a Provisional Certificate and Consolidated Marks Memo.
