Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, monitor, and execute application development activities, including new product development, feature enhancements, and timely task completion.
- Provide technical support for testing, installation, commissioning, debugging, and diagnostic activities.
- Convert conceptual designs into detailed engineering documentation using modelling, prototyping, simulations, and engineering calculations.
- Apply design thinking principles and engineering best practices to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Assist in preparing engineering proposals, technical documentation, and project presentations.
- Communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues to ensure successful project delivery.
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards, quality guidelines, and engineering processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Instrumentation, Automation, or a related discipline).
- 1–3 years of experience in application development and technical support.
- Strong understanding of industrial automation systems, including PLCs, motors, drives, motion control, and robotic systems.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships in dynamic and competitive environments.
- Good verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a global team.
- Willingness to travel for site support, installation, and commissioning activities as required.
