Key Responsibilities:
- Perform data extraction and diagnose financial drivers, leveraging analytics to provide actionable recommendations to key stakeholders.
- Conduct comprehensive financial analyses for specific functions or business units, addressing financial issues and offering insights to support key business initiatives.
- Provide inputs for monthly expense and capital reviews as part of the budgeting and forecasting process, analyzing variances with operational analytics and insights.
- Interpret financial reports, including forecasts, budgets, income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow documents.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the organization’s financial processes and acquire proficient knowledge of company operations and business.
- Support the business by managing book closures, analyzing variances and trends, and developing financial forecasts aligned with organizational objectives.
- Ensure compliance with reporting standards, corporate policies, and the integrity of both external and internal reporting.
- Apply foundational principles to proactively contribute to projects through research and data analysis, providing regular updates on progress and addressing challenges.
- Support priority projects with guidance, maintaining effective relationships with internal stakeholders, and sharing information through standardized reports.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience demonstrating relevant competencies.
- Typically 0 – 2 years of work experience, preferably in financial management, internal audit, accounting, or a related field.
Preferred skills:
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
- Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
