Key Responsibilities:
- Work with large and complex data sets, both internal and external, to evaluate, recommend, and support the implementation of business strategies.
- Identify and compile data sets using tools such as SQL and Access to predict, improve, and measure the success of key business-to-business outcomes.
- Document data requirements and manage data collection, processing, cleaning, and exploratory data analysis.
- Utilize statistical models, algorithms, and data visualization techniques to analyze and interpret data effectively.
- Perform tasks often aligned with the responsibilities of a Data Scientist, with possible specialization in fields such as marketing, risk management, digital strategies, and Anti-Money Laundering (AML).
- Assess risks during business decision-making, prioritizing the firm’s reputation, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Demonstrate sound ethical judgment in personal conduct and business practices, and proactively escalate, manage, and report control issues with transparency.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s or university degree, or equivalent professional experience.
Preferred skills:
- 0–2 years of relevant experience in the field.
- Proficient in data retrieval and manipulation techniques.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Prior working experience in a quantitative field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an organized and detail-oriented approach.
