Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver and maintain high-quality software independently and as part of a team, including tasks such as analysis, design, coding, testing, documentation, operation, and support.
- Promote high-quality engineering practices to develop target solutions.
- Embrace Agile methodologies and adhere to Eurofins guidelines throughout all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Collaborate with users, functional analysts, application architects, the deployment team, and other stakeholders to design software and features that are fit for purpose.
- Build and maintain working relationships within the broader Eurofins IT community and with internal customers.
- Foster and contribute to a positive team spirit within the organization.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science (e.g., BE Computer Science/MCA) or equivalent with relevant experience.
Experience & Role:
- 0–2 years of experience as a Software Developer or System Engineer specializing in .NET-based development.
- Demonstrates strong technical and analytical skills with a thorough understanding of application architecture.
- Experience collaborating on projects across multiple international geographical locations.
- Collaborates with various stakeholders to author, review, and improve technical and functional specifications, including test descriptions and acceptance criteria.
- Contributes to the development, operations, maintenance, troubleshooting, testing, and documentation of the company’s application suite in a timely and high-quality manner.
- Adheres to and promotes development practices and policies to produce high-quality software that can be easily implemented within the organization.
- Utilizes state-of-the-art software engineering practices and development frameworks, particularly Agile methodologies, to ensure superior quality in every delivery.
- Escalates and follows up on any issues or blockers in a timely manner, including deviations from SPOs or guidelines.
- Creates and maintains technical and operational documentation describing program code, logic, changes, and corrections for assigned functions.
Technology Skills
Mandatory:
- Strong experience in C#.NET and Angular 2+.
- Hands-on experience with SQL Server, including writing complex queries.
- Solid background in Software Development and Engineering.
- Experience in testing functionalities developed by the team.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of UI mock creation tools.
- Familiarity with Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) is an advantage.
Methodology Skills:
- Proficiency in Agile-Scrum methodologies.
