Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Endpoint Security Solutions: Administer and support Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) platforms such as CrowdStrike Falcon and Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, including installation, configuration, upgrades, and policy management.
- Monitor and Respond to Security Incidents: Investigate endpoint security alerts, perform threat analysis, support incident response activities, and ensure timely remediation of security issues.
- Provide Technical Support and Troubleshooting: Provide L2/L3 technical support for endpoint security solutions, troubleshoot complex issues, and coordinate with vendors to resolve technical issues effectively.
- Optimize Security Posture: Fine-tune detection rules, security policies, and configurations to minimize false positives and enhance threat detection capabilities.
- Client and Stakeholder Engagement: Participate in client calls, provide operational updates, recommend security enhancements and integrations, and contribute to continuous service improvement initiatives.
