Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct basic research using relevant secondary sources and synthesize business information into established or customized pre-formatted knowledge deliverables.
- Work independently or as part of project teams to provide research support for requests from internal E&Y practitioners, ensuring adherence to strong quality assurance standards.
- Translate complex, strategic, or undefined business needs into integrated knowledge solutions by understanding the primary purpose of the request and managing the requestor’s expectations.
- Build and maintain collaborative relationships with RMS colleagues and requestors to ensure effective communication and support.
- Facilitate and promote the sharing of leveraged knowledge and information resources across the firm.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Proficiency in using major research products and tools such as Bloomberg, Edgar, company websites, LinkedIn, and advanced Google search techniques.
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business management (preferred).
- 0–1 year of experience in secondary research.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- A solid understanding of secondary research databases, company websites, and the ability to assess the independence impact of audit decisions.
Preferred Skills:
- The ability to adapt and operate in an ambiguous and dynamic environment, responding effectively to emerging priorities.
- Experience in meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality outputs under pressure.
- Willingness and flexibility to occasionally participate in calls outside standard office hours (e.g., early morning or late night) to support a global organization.
