Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders while maintaining a strong focus on candidate, employee, and alumni experience.
- Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Coordinate and manage the end-to-end interview process.
- Organize and manage virtual interview drives and recruitment events.
- Create job postings, assist with resume and application screening, and provide timely feedback to candidates.
- Prepare reports and dashboards and ensure data is updated accurately and promptly.
Eligibility Criteria:
- 0-1 year of relevant experience is preferred; freshers are also encouraged to apply.
- Graduate or postgraduate qualification is required.
- Prior recruitment experience in a fast-paced, high-growth, or large-scale organization is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders and candidates.
