Key Responsibilities:
- Understanding of hardware operation principles, including CPU and memory architecture, buses, and interconnects.
- Knowledge of operating system fundamentals, such as multi-processing and scheduling, memory management, privilege modes, file systems, and device drivers.
- Proficiency in algorithms and data structures.
- Understanding of the principles of parallel computing.
- Proficiency in C and/or C++ programming languages.
- Knowledge of Python and/or PERL is preferred.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Strong academic background with a BTech/MTech in Computer Science, Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE), Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE), or Electrical Engineering (EE).
- Good understanding of programming languages and processor architecture.
Preferred skills:
- Strong knowledge of operating system fundamentals; knowledge of the Linux kernel is a plus.
- Proficient in C/C++ programming, with knowledge of scripting languages (Perl or Python) considered a plus.
- Solid background in operating systems, algorithm development, and object-oriented programming (OOP) in C/C++ or Java is highly preferred.
- Aptitude for innovative and optimal designs.
- Exposure to digital systems, computer architecture, computer arithmetic, software engineering, C/C++ programming languages, assembly language programming, system-level integration, and system-level programming is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as a team player.
