Key Responsibilities:
- Provide world-class customer support through chat, ensuring a seamless and efficient support experience using Atlassian tools.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer technical issues by applying best practices, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and maintaining transparency.
- Escalate unresolved issues promptly in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Develop and maintain knowledge base articles to document new insights and facilitate knowledge sharing across the organization.
- Contribute to team communications by sharing best practices and staying updated on emerging technologies within the Technical Support team.
- Specialize in a technical domain by participating in targeted technical training and skill-building programs.
Eligibility Criteria:
Experience:
- 1–3 years of experience in Technical Support, Software Services, or System Administration for a large end-user community, preferably with SaaS products.
- Proficiency in providing customer support through chat, email, phone, and screen-sharing platforms.
- Skilled in managing high case volumes and effectively prioritizing tasks.
Must-Have Skills:
- Strong technical expertise in databases, including the ability to write and update SQL queries efficiently.
- Hands-on experience with log searching, monitoring, and analyzing machine-generated data using web interfaces or similar tools.
- Proficiency in working with APIs and RESTful services.
- Front-end troubleshooting expertise and a solid understanding of network concepts such as DNS, DHCP, SSL, proxies, firewalls, and basic network troubleshooting commands.
Preferred skills:
- Familiarity with browser developer tools, HAR file analysis, and tools like Splunk.
- Knowledge of OAuth-based authentication and other mechanisms such as SSO/SAML.
- Experience working in Linux environments.
- Understanding of email flow concepts and mail protocols such as SMTP, POP, and IMAP.
- Exposure to cloud technologies, with AWS experience being an advantage.
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot Java-based applications, including stack traces and Java-based exceptions.
