Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a technical expert in complex and specialized subjects, providing analysis, interpretation, and application of information to support management in achieving divisional and corporate goals.
- Support or lead projects by leveraging expertise in the relevant domain.
- Import, clean, transform, and validate data from relational database management systems (RDBMS) such as Oracle and Teradata to derive actionable insights for decision-making.
- Analyze large volumes of data, converting it into meaningful information and insights to drive business decisions.
- Utilize appropriate statistical techniques on available data to answer business questions and improve key success metrics, such as yield management and revenue generation.
- Create a variety of reports, graphs, summaries, and presentations to effectively communicate analytical results aligned with business needs.
- Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance the timeliness, relevance, and presentation of data and reports.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a quantitative discipline such as Mathematics, Engineering, Operations Research, Economics, or Statistics. A Master’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
- 1 – 3 years of experience in analytics, informatics, and statistics.
- Proficiency in SAS programming, including tools like SAS Enterprise Guide and SAS Enterprise Miner, with advanced macro development and reporting skills.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and experience working with relational database management systems (RDBMS) such as Oracle, SQL Server, Teradata, and Azure Databricks.
- Familiarity with programming and scripting languages such as Java, JavaScript, Python, and HTML.
- Experience with business intelligence (BI) and visualization tools like Tableau, Spotfire, and D3.js.
