Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct statistical and thematic analysis of digital query management data to generate strategic insights and support business decision-making across Wholesale Client Services.
- Partner with global teams across GPS, GTS, HSBCnet, and Relationship Service Management functions to transform data into actionable information through end-to-end reporting solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes, gather requirements, and identify business needs.
- Analyze, document, and validate business requirements, functional specifications, and system requirements.
- Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications for development and implementation teams.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure the accurate and timely delivery of business solutions.
- Support testing activities and quality assurance processes to ensure solutions meet business and technical requirements.
- Provide user support, guidance, and training on newly implemented systems and processes.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and recommend innovative solutions to improve operational efficiency.
- Design and develop robust database, programming, and data engineering pipelines to meet evolving business and functional requirements.
- Investigate process inconsistencies, identify root causes, and implement practical solutions aligned with business objectives and operational needs.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by challenging existing processes and introducing data-driven enhancements.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Possess a university degree or higher qualification in a relevant field.
- Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Exhibit strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and productivity tools.
- Possess knowledge of query management processes, which will be considered an added advantage.
- Demonstrate understanding of business analysis methodologies, frameworks, and tools.
- Show willingness to learn, adapt, and work with new technologies, systems, and tools.
- Maintain a strong customer-centric mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality services and exceptional customer experiences.
- Possess outstanding written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively across diverse stakeholder groups.

- Demonstrate familiarity with internal application processes and available resources through Global Resourcing and Human Resources channels.
