Key Responsibilities:
- Work within the Global Accounts Payable (AP) platform to process external supplier invoices.
- Ensure the timely payment of external vendor invoices.
- Manage a helpdesk to address vendor queries effectively.
- Collaborate as part of a Finance Administration team, supporting both entry and mid-junior level responsibilities.
- Act as a strong team player, building and maintaining good relationships with stakeholders.
- Take initiative in tasks while working under regular supervision, with the ability to identify when to seek guidance or escalate issues.
- Support senior Finance specialists by assisting in progress reporting, task management, and documentation related to Finance activities.
